RSQ Tag Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty

All RSQ Tags are covered against material or workmanship defects for 90 days from the registration date. We recommend inspecting your purchase immediately upon receipt to check for any defects or errors.

The RSQ Tag warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing of non-coated silver and minor scratches or dents.

Changes to the information on the RSQ Tag.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental handling, or exposure to corrosive substances.

Loss of any kind, including theft or accidental loss.

Repairs performed by anyone other than the Lockstone LLC team.

Returns & Refunds

Encoded RSQ Tags are custom-made and personalized once registered on our website (LockstoneLLC.com). Because of this, registered RSQ Tags are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Non-registered and non-personalized products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase, as long as they are in saleable condition in original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Resizing & Repairs

Before ordering, please ensure you select the correct size.

Fees apply for resizing or repairing eligible products.

Discontinued products may be replaced with a comparable item.

Returning Merchandise for Refund or Repair

The sender is responsible for shipping costs. We strongly recommend using insurance for your package, as RSQ Tag and Lockstone LLC are not responsible for lost items.

Steps to Return an Item:

Contact Member Services at 1-801-739-1739 or email te@lockstonellc.com to get return or repair authorization.

Place your product in a padded envelope for safe shipping.
